Servicing and Work-on-site Terms & Conditions

The service includes preventative maintenance and tests by one or more of our engineers but excludes the cost of replacing worn out components with new parts.

In the past, Atlas Clinical Limited has included a form of guarantee; whereby once a table has been serviced, any further visits within a year of the service will not attract a call-out fee, if the call-out fee is for maintenance reasons. As of 2025 this guarantee is no longer offered, unless by special arrangement, and would attract an additional charge.

We now offer a 6-month guarantee on the specific corrective work done. For example, if we attend and adjust a gas strut lever, because it was not operating the gas strut satisfactorily, then we guarantee the operation of the lever for 6 months.

Replacement components and spare parts will have their own individual guarantees or warranties. If we fit these parts or components, and they fail within their warranty period, then they will be replaced free-of-charge and the customer will not have to pay call-out, postage or labour costs. If the customer fitted the parts themselves, then we may charge call-out fee and labour, if we have to attend and fit the part.
As professional medical practitioners operating valuable high-use equipment, we recommend that customers have their Atlas tables serviced once a year.
