3. Placing Orders and Contract Formation

A legally binding contract between you and Atlas Clinical is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched or is being processed for dispatch. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where products are out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we are unable to verify payment.
  4. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and provide a full refund of any sums paid.
  5. These Terms apply to all orders placed through this website. They do not apply to orders placed by telephone, fax or post, which may be subject to separate arrangements.

4. Products and Pricing

  1. All prices displayed on this website are in pounds sterling (GBP). The VAT status of individual products will be shown at checkout.
  2. We take care to ensure that all product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors at any time. If a pricing or description error is discovered in relation to a product you have ordered, we will notify you before processing your order.
  3. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Atlas Clinical regularly reviews and updates its product designs. As a result, minor variations in product specifications, packaging or appearance may occur from time to time. Where any material change affects a product you have ordered, we will notify you before dispatch.
  4. Prices displayed on this website apply to online orders only. Orders placed by telephone, fax or post may be subject to different pricing, for example due to trade account terms, minimum order quantities or other arrangements agreed separately.

5. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

  1. If you are an individual consumer purchasing our goods online or by phone for personal or family use, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If you are an individual consumer purchasing our goods online or by phone, for personal or family use; you may cancel your order at any time from the moment you place it up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods (the “cooling-off period”). You do not need to give a reason for cancellation.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 20 working days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may have the right to refer your complaint to an alternative dispute resolution provider.
